Phil and kingsley provided excellent service. the location was convenient. I walked easily to the central train station and pedestrian areas with shops and restaurants. my room was clean and quite nice (very important for me). i was very satisfied with my stay.
the room i stayed in was missing a usb port, and i could not charge my backup charger.

self check in was very easy. the room design was compact but efficient (i loved it!). it's so close to the station so it was perfect for my overnight stay. i really appreciated having a bar available for a nightcap.
the noise outside my room from constant bus idling was a bit bothersome. i wish it was a bit more quiet at night!
